The 18th edition of the gathering that inaugurates the summer season in Peschiera del Garda and features prestigious classic yachts and special events is about to start. The Classic Yacht Regatta and Riva Boat Meeting have been organized for the past 25 years by the Garda Yacht Club. A point of reference for boat racing on Lake Garda, the regatta is open to classic yachts ranging from classic models to boats with alternative propulsion systems.

Friends old and new will have a chance to meet during the many social gatherings of this event endorsed by the Region, Province, and the city of Peschiera del Garda, the Chamber of Commerce, Banca Popolare di Verona, and promoted by a loyal group of associations and prestigious sponsors such as Chopard, BMW Italia, Cantine Zenato, and many others.

Peschiera del Garda

Peschiera del Garda is a river and lake town near important routes to the upper lake region, Verona, Mantua and Brescia. The old town center is surrounded by massive bastions, old stone city walls, ancient barracks, and the Mincio River (the only outlet of Lake Garda). Peschiera del Garda is an important hub of tourism and trade. The lakeside area towards S. Benedetto di Lugana and the hinterland offer picturesque places, typical restaurants, and delightful excursions among the olive groves and vineyards.
